Meet John

A professional plumber who picks up the phone and shows up ready

Hi! I’m John Ramlow, a dedicated plumber with an extensive career spanning over 25 years. My expertise encompasses a wide range of plumbing services, allowing me to effectively handle both residential and commercial projects. I take pride in my ability to resolve complex plumbing issues, ensuring that my clients receive reliable and efficient solutions. I have made some incredible long, lasting relationships with my customers and they continue to come back to me for all of their plumbing needs.

When I’m not working, I love to immerse myself in outdoor activities. You can always find me outside! I find joy in exploring nature, whether it’s riding recreational vehicles or engaging in the exciting hobby of gold panning. I travel around with a pan in my car. You never know when you’ll find the perfect creek!

I treasure the time spent traveling with my family, which includes my wonderful wife and our two incredible sons (11 and 21). Our 11 year-old is in sixth grade and our 21 year-old is in college and also in fire academy currently training to become a fireman. He is also a certified EMT. Together, we embark on adventures that create unforgettable memories and strengthen our bond.

Our story

Built on local roots, steady referrals, and honest work

Clog911 was founded by a team with deep roots in Central Wisconsin and more than 20 years of combined drain and sewer experience. The goal was simple: give homeowners, businesses, and property managers a dependable local option when the line backs up and time matters.

The company grew the old-fashioned way through repeat customers, referrals, and work that solved the problem without overselling the fix. That is still the standard today.

What we stand for

Exceptional, affordable service with no runaround

Our mission is exceptional, affordable drain and sewer cleaning delivered professionally. We strive for complete satisfaction on every job because a fast response is only valuable if the work actually solves the problem.

Clog911 serves residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal customers across Central Wisconsin, including Marathon County, Greater Wausau, Merrill, and Stevens Point area properties.

Community

Making Wausau and the surrounding area better to live in

John puts real time into the community because this is home, not just a service territory on a map. The same local pride that drives fast, honest work also drives the effort to make Wausau and nearby communities stronger.

When people call Clog911, they are supporting a business that believes local service should give something back to the place it serves.

Community-first mindset

Local ownership means real accountability to neighbors, customers, and the area we all share.

Built on relationships

Repeat customers and referrals are earned by showing up, doing the work right, and treating people fairly.
